Meet Hiromi Kasuga, Jazz pianist from Tarrytown #peopleoftarrytown
She’s also my next door neighbor. Being a music lover myself, I have certainly no complains when her music filters through the walls.
She graduated from Berklee College of Music, and received a master degree at Manhattan School of Music in 2004.
She has performed at Blue Note Jazz Club, amongst other NYC venues.
When she moved to Tarrytown in 2015, her quartet was introduced at Pierson Park Summer Jazz Concert by Jazz Forum Arts.
Enjoy her music at at Equus Castle Hotel and Spa every Friday 6-9pm.
She also teaches at Hackley Music Institute in Tarrytown.
Her recent acclaimed album is Rising Sun, available online. Hiromi is currently working on new tunes for an upcoming album.
